Stock plans – We have a wide- ranging portfolio of standardized house plans available for you to preview. These can be modified to give you some custom features at a reasonable cost.
Additions/ Alterations – We are here to provide the design services to modify your existing home by altering your existing interior spaces, adding rooms, garages or a complete second story. It is our goal to design your addition to not only meet your needs but appear as if it were always part of the existing home.
Outdoor Living Areas – We design accessory structures to the principal dwelling to enhance your outdoor living experience. This type of modification would include the construction of covered porches, three season rooms, decks, gazebos, cabanas, detached garages and porticos.
Zoning Board of Adjustment– In the event your project requires a variance; we will provide drawings for the initial zoning review and variance application and represent your interest at the Zoning Board hearing.
